Prayer for Husbands to Confess

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I take Your Word and confess this day that I hearken to Your wisdom. My wife and I dwell securely in confident trust, and we are without fear or dread of evil. I make my ears attentive to skillful and godly wisdom, inclining and directing my heart and mind to understanding. I apply all of my power to the quest of wisdom and understanding.

I let not mercy, kindness and truth forsake me. I bind them about my neck and write them on the tablet of my heart. I prize the wisdom of God highly and exalt her. She will exalt and promote me, bringing me honor because I embrace her. For You, Lord, are my confidence, firm and strong, and You keep my foot from being caught in a trap or hidden danger.

Where I go, the Word of God shall lead me. When I sleep, it shall keep me. When I awaken, it shall talk to me. Therefore, I will speak excellent and princely things, and the opening of my lips shall be for right things. All the words of my mouth are righteous - upright and in right standing with God - and there is nothing contrary to truth or crooked in them.

I live considerately with my wife, with an intelligent recognition of our marriage relationship. I honor my wife as physically the weaker. However, I realize that we are joint-heirs to the throne with Jesus spiritually. I do this in order that our prayers will not be hindered or cut off.
I confess that my wife and I are of one and the same mind, united in spirit, compassionate and courteous, tenderhearted and humble minded. I believe for our welfare, happiness, and protection, because we love and respect each other.

Father, thank You that we are a couple of good report, that we are successful in everything we set our hands to. We are uncompromisingly righteous. We capture human lives for You as fishers of men. As we do this, we are confident that You are the Lord God Who teaches us to profit and leads us in the way we should go. We are abundantly supplied, with every need met, in the Name of Jesus. We have obtained the favor of the Lord, and the will of God is done in our lives and in our children's lives.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I affirm Your Word over my teenager. I commit him/her to you and delight myself also in You. I thank You that You deliver out of rebellion into right relationship with his/her parents.

Father, the first commandment with a promise is to the child who obeys his/her parents in the Lord. You said that all will be well with him/her and he/she will live long on the earth. I affirm this promise on behalf of my child asking You to give him/her an obedient spirit that he may honor (esteem and value as precious) those in right authority over him/her

Father, forgive me for mistakes I made out of my own unresolved hurts or selfishness which may have caused him hurt. I release the anointing that is upon Jesus to bind up and heal our broken hearts. Give us the ability to understand and forgive one another as God for Christ's sake has forgiven us. Thank You for the Holy Spirit Who leads us into all truth and corrects erroneous perceptions about past or present situations.

Thank You for teaching us to listen to each other and giving him/her an ear that hears admonition for then he/she will be called wise. I affirm that I will speak excellent and princely things and the opening of my lips shall be for right things.

Father, I commit to train and teach him/her in the way that he/her is to go and when he/she is old he/she will not depart from sound doctrine and teaching, but will follow it all the days of his/her life. In the Name of Jesus, I command rebellion to be far from the heart of my teenager and confess that he/she is willing and obedient, free to enjoy the reward of Your promises. He/she shall be peaceful bringing peace to others.

Father, according to Your Word we have been given the ministry of reconciliation and I release this ministry and the word of reconciliation into this family situation. I refuse to provoke or irritate or fret my child. I will not be hard on him/her lest he/she becomes discouraged, feeling inferior and frustrated. I will not break his/her spirit in the name of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Father, I forgive my teenager for the wrongs which he/she has done and stand in the gap until he/she comes to his/her senses and escapes out of the snare of the enemy (rebellion).

Thank You for watching over Your Word to perform it, turning and reconciling the heart of the rebellious child to the parents and the hearts of the parents to the child.
Thank You for bringing my teenager back into a healthy relationship with You and with me that our lives might glorify You!
In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Prayer for Wives - Proverbs 31 Woman

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I take Your Word and speak it out of my mouth and say that I have faith that I am a capable, intelligent, patient, and virtuous woman. I am far more precious than jewels. My value to my husband and family is far above rubies and pearls.

The heart of my husband trusts in me confidently and relies on and believes in me completely, so that he has no lack of honest gain or need of dishonest spoil.

Father, I will comfort, encourage, and do him only good as long as there is life within me. I gird myself with strength -- spiritual, mental, and physical fitness for my God-given task. I taste and see that my gain from work with and for God is good. My lamp goes not out. It burns on continually through the night of any trouble, privation, or sorrow, and it warns away fear, doubt, and distrust.

I open my hand to the poor. I reach out my filled hands to the needy - whether in spirit, soul, or body. My husband is known as a success in everything he puts his hand to. Strength and dignity are my clothing, and my position in my household is strong. I am secure and at peace in knowing that my family is in readiness for the future.

I open my mouth with skillful and Godly wisdom, and in my tongue is the law of kindness and love. I look well to how things go in my household. The bread of idleness, gossip, discontent, and self-pity I will not eat.

My children rise up and call me blessed and happy. My husband boasts of and praises me, saying that I excel in all that I set my hand to. I am a woman who reverently and worshipfully loves You, Lord, and You shall give me the fruits of my hands. My works will praise me wherever I go, for Father, I confess that I am a submitted wife - simply because I want to be and I recognize Your authority. I thank You for my husband who is head over me, but who has given me (through the chain of command) the necessary power to do what Your Word says for me to do from Proverbs 31:10-31. I am as this woman is - a loving, successful, submitted wife - in the Name of Jesus.

Salvation for Unsaved Loved Ones

Father, in the Name of Jesus, we come before You in prayer and faith believing that all things are possible with You. We believe Your Word and You watch over Your Word to perform it. You wish above all things that all men should be saved. Therefore, Father, we bring (our unsaved loved ones) before You to be saved, NOW! You said that we can have whatsoever we say. We say, in the Name of Jesus, (our loved ones) are saved, NOW! Salvation has come to (our loved ones') house, NOW! In Jesus' Name!

Spirit-filled laborers cross their paths, NOW!...presenting the clear, concise, gospel to (our loved ones) that they will not be able to resist.

Satan, in the Name of Jesus, we bind your blinding spirit of antichrist and loose you from your assignment against (our loved ones) who have the opportunity to make Jesus Lord of their lives
.
Now, Father, we release the angels to do spiritual warfare on (our loved ones) behalf -- bringing full repentance, in Jesus' Name. We praise You now, Father, for this is so, in Jesus' Name. Amen! Amen!

To Walk in Gods Wisdom and His Perfect Will

Father, I thank you that the communication of my faith becomes effectual by acknowledging every good thing, which is in me in Christ Jesus. I hear the voice of the Good Shepherd. I hear my Father's voice, and the voice of a stranger I will not follow.

Father, I believe in my heart and say with my mouth that this day the will of God is done in my life. I walk in a manner worthy of You Lord, fully pleasing to You and desiring to please You in all things, bearing fruit in every good work. Jesus has been made unto me wisdom. I single-mindedly walk in that wisdom expecting to know what to do in every situation and to be on top of every circumstance!

I roll my works upon You, Lord, and You make my thoughts agreeable to Your will, and so my plans are established and succeed. You direct my steps and make them sure. I understand and firmly grasp what the will of the Lord is for I am not vague, thoughtless, or foolish. I stand firm and mature in spiritual growth, convinced and fully assured in everything willed by God.

Father, You have destined and appointed me to come progressively to know Your will - that is to perceive, to recognize more strongly and clearly, and to become better and more intimately acquainted with Your will. I thank you, Father, for the Holy Spirit Who abides permanently in me and Who guides me into all the Truth - the whole, full Truth - and speaks whatever He hears from the Father and announces and declares to me the things that are to come. I have the mind of Christ and hold the thoughts, feelings, and purposes of His heart.

So, Father, I have entered into that blessed rest by adhering, trusting, and relying on You in the Name of Jesus. Hallelujah! Amen.

To Walk in Forgiveness

Confession taken from pages 46-47 of Prayers that Avail Much Commemorative Gift Edition, © 1997 by Word Ministries, Inc.
To Walk in Forgiveness

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I make a fresh commitment to You to live in peace and harmony, not only with the other brothers and sisters of the Body of Christ, but also with my friends, associates, neighbors, and family.

I let go of all bitterness, resentment, envying, strife, and unkindness in any form. I give no place to the devil in Jesus' Name. Now Father, I ask Your forgiveness. By faith, I receive it, having assurance that I am cleansed from all unrighteousness through Jesus Christ. I ask You to forgive and release all who have wronged and hurt me. I forgive and release them. Deal with them in your mercy and loving-kindness.

From this moment on, I purpose to walk in love, to seek peace, to live in agreement, and to conduct myself toward others in a manner that is pleasing to You. I know that I have right standing with you and Your ears are attentive to my prayers.

It is written in Your Word that the love of God has been poured forth into my heart by the Holy Ghost Who is given to me. I believe that love flows forth into the lives of everyone I know, that I may be filled with and abound in the fruits of righteousness which bring glory and honor unto You, Lord, in Jesus' Name. So be it! Amen.

Confession - The Words of My Mouth

Confession - The Words of My Mouth

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I thank you that I am a new creation in Christ Jesus, and because I am a new creature, I will speak of excellent things, and the opening of my lips shall be right things. For my mouth shall speak truth and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are in righteousness; and there is nothing froward or perverse in them. They are plain to him that understandeth and right to them that find knowledge.

My lips feed many because I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. My tongue is as choice silver, and my mouth bringeth forth wisdom because I am the just. My lips know what is acceptable and my lips shall establish truth forever. I am a delight to the Lord, for I deal truly. My lips shall preserve me and I use knowledge aright because I am wise. Wisdom is found in my lips because I have understanding.

I have a wholesome tongue and it is a tree of life. Pleasant words are always in my mouth, because they are as a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and health to my bones. My words are as deep waters and the wellspring of wisdom as a flowing brook. God has given me wisdom and out of my mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. My mouth is a well of life. Death and life are in the power of my tongue, and I choose life. Therefore, I will not let any corrupt communication proceed out of my mouth. I will not speak evil of any man.

My thoughts are right because I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I think on things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely and of good report.
I have been transformed by the renewing of my mind with the Word of God because I have the mind of Christ and the wisdom of God. I am an imitator of Jesus.

Victorious Confessions for the Virtuous Woman

Father, I thank You that I am renewed in the spirit of my mind as I wait only upon You; for my hope and expectation are from You. I daily receive the manifestation of Your Word in my life and I thank You Father that You have begun a good work in me, and You will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

I am a capable, intelligent, virtuous woman.
I live the overcoming life.
I live in daily expectation of abundance for my life.
Every need in my life is met.
I have a sound mind.
I live a long life because I am redeemed from the curse of the law.
I walk in divine health and healing is my covenant right.

I am redeemed from the curse of the law; because I dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty, "No plague comes nigh my dwelling."

The devourer is rebuked off of my life and all that concerns me; he shall not destroy the fruit (children) of my ground, neither shall my vine cast its fruit before its appointed time, says the Lord of hosts.

He redeems my life from destruction; I overcome with my faith.
My mind is alert; my body is strong all the days of my life.

I live a life of purpose and fulfillment; I am a blessing to the kingdom of God.
In Jesus' Name, Amen!

Prayer for Protection - Psalm 91

Taken from pages 241-243 of Prayers That Avail Much Commemorative Gift Edition, © 1997 by Word Ministries, Inc.
A Prayer for Protection from Psalm 91

Father, I praise You that I dwell in the secret place of the Most High and that I shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no foe can withstand]. I will say of You, Lord, "the Lord is my refuge and my fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I confidently trust!" For then You will deliver me from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. Then You will cover me with Your feathers, and under Your wings shall I trust and find refuge. Your truth and Your faithfulness are a shield and a buckler to me.

I shall not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow (the evil plots and slanders of the wicked) that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor of the destruction and sudden death that surprise and lay waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand, but it shall not come nigh my dwelling. For You will give Your angels especial charge over me, to accompany, defend and preserve me in all my ways of obedience and service to You. Your angels shall bear me up on their hands, lest I dash my foot against a stone. I shall tread upon the lion and adder; the young lion and the serpent shall I trample underfoot.

Because I have set my love upon You, therefore will You deliver me. You will set me on high, because I know and understand Your name. I have a personal knowledge of Your mercy, love and kindness. I trust and rely on You, knowing You will never forsake me, no, never. I shall call upon You, and You will answer me. You will be with me in trouble. You will deliver me and honor me. With long life will You satisfy me and show me Your salvation.

(Psalm 91 - taken from the Amplified Bible)

Prayer for Healing for Damaged Emotions

To Walk in God's Wisdom
and his Perfect Will
Confession taken from pages 113-115 of Prayers that Avail Much Commemorative Gift Edition, © 1997 by Word Ministries, Inc.

Father, in the Name of Jesus, I come boldly to Your throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in this time need. I admit I have felt shame and emotional hurt. I confess my transgression to You [continually unfolding the past till all is told]. You are faithful and just to forgive me and cleanse me of all unrighteousness. You are my hiding place and You, Lord, preserve me from trouble. You surround me with songs and shouts of deliverance. I have chosen life and according to Your Word You saw me while I was being formed in Mother's womb and on the authority of Your Word I was wonderfully made. Now, I am Your handiwork, recreated in Christ Jesus.

Father, You have delivered me from the spirit of fear and I shall not be ashamed. Neither shall I be confounded and depressed. You gave me beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness that I might be a tree of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that You might be glorified. I speak out in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, offering praise with my voice and making melody with all my heart to the Lord. Just as David did in 1 Samuel 30:6, I encourage myself in the Lord.

I believe in God Who raised Jesus from the dead, Who was betrayed and put to death because of my misdeeds and was raised to secure my acquittal, absolving me from all guilt before God. Father, You anointed Jesus and sent Him to bind up and heal my broken heart, and liberate me from the shame of my youth and the imperfections of my caretakers. In the Name of Jesus, I choose to forgive all those who have wronged me in any way. You will not leave me without support as I complete the forgiveness process. I take comfort and I am encouraged and confidently say, "The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm. What can man do to me?"

My spirit is the candle of the Lord searching all the innermost parts of my being and the Holy Spirit leads me into all truth. When reality exposes shame and emotional pain, I remember that the sufferings of this present time are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to me and in me and for me and conferred on me! The chastisement needful to obtain my peace and well being was upon Jesus, and with the stripes that wounded Him I was healed and made whole. As Your child, Father, I have a joyful and confident hope of eternal salvation. This hope will never disappoint, delude or shame me, for God's love has been poured out in my heart through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to me.
In His Name I pray, amen.

The Prayer of Forgiveness

Taken from pages 185-189 of Effective Fervent Prayer, © 1991 by Mary Alice
 Isleib; ISBN 0-9629986-0-5

Mark 11:25,26 (Amplified) – And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your [own] failings and shortcomings and let them drop. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your failings and shortcomings.

Jesus prayed the Prayer of Forgiveness. Do you remember what some of His last words were when He was on the cross? “Father, forgive them.” He was saying, “I forgive them and, Father, I ask you to forgive them and not to put this on their charge.” He was crying out that they would be released; that God would forgive them.

There is a side to the Prayer of Forgiveness that is a form of intercession; a side where we stand in the gap, that God would not remember the sin of the person who has sinned against us. That’s how much love there is in this prayer. It doesn’t have anything to do with our feelings, good or bad.
Remember, it’s a choice we make. We choose to pray the Prayer of Forgiveness, and when we believe when we pray, it works. God hears and answers this kind of prayer. He loves it!

5 Steps to the Prayer of Forgiveness
  1. You must forgive the person who has wronged you
  2. Ask God to forgive them
  3. Ask God to forgive you
  4. Release the emotion of the situation and the relationship to the Lord. Pray about the hurt and rejection and release it in the presence of the Lord. Choose to let the rejection, feelings, and hurt go when you pray.
  5. Forget it! Right there in your prayer, just forget it.
Again, this is something you have to choose to do. Many people want to remember it, think about it, talk about it, and remember it some more. No! Forget it! If you’ll do that in your prayer, the Holy Spirit will help you. This doesn’t mean the relationship is automatically going to change; you have to understand that. There may still be things that have to be dealt with, but what you’re dealing with in this prayer is your heart and keeping it clean and pure. When the Holy Spirit leads you to pray this way, do it! There’s power in this kind of prayer.

Unforgiveness is a sin. Just ask God to forgive you.

Pray, “Father, first of all, I thank you that you showed me that this attitude was in my heart. I thank You, Father, that you love me and you showed me this. Father, I ask You to forgive So-and-so for what he did and said and for how he acted, and for all the others who have been involved in this situation.
I ask in faith, out of the love of my heart, and with all the sincerity of my heart. I ask You, Father, to forgive them and, Father, I forgive them. I forgive all those words they said that hurt me. I forgive them, I ask you to forgive them, and together we let that go from their case.

And Father, I ask you to forgive me. I came into this and I thought negatively about it. I have been angry about it, and I have spoken angry words. I’ve harbored bitterness in my heart toward this, and I don’t want it to go any farther. I don’t want a root of bitterness to be in me.

Father, I ask you to forgive me. I know that I’ve said things in a wrong spirit and a wrong attitude about this person and about these people and, Father, I ask you to forgive me. I call it sin. I have sinned against you and against them. I confess it, and I thank You that when I confess my sin, you are faithful and just to forgive me and to restore me. I thank You, Father, for the purity and the cleansing of the Holy Spirit over my heart and mind and this relationship.”

Choose to let the rejection, feelings, and hurt go when you pray.

Pray, “Father, I also ask you and I thank you that you have healed me right now of those words and the hurt. I don’t want to come to you with self-pity, pride, or hardness toward you or anyone.
Father, I ask you to touch my heart. As an act of my will, I choose not to be hurt. I release the hurt, the rejection, and the emotion in this relationship. Father, I bless those who curse me.

Thank you, Father, for your power in my heart and mind that takes away hurt, rejection, and bad feelings. I receive your power now. I have it now, and I thank you for it in Jesus’ Name. The feelings, the hurt, the emotion is touched right now by the Holy Spirit. I thank you for it. I receive it in Jesus’ Name. I refuse to accept hurt, anger, isolation, frustration, or rejection.

Thank you, Father, for the freedom and the flow of the Holy Spirit touching my heart and mind right now. I take it by faith, and I’m healed in my heart, my mind, and my soul. I look to you, Holy Spirit, as my Comforter.”

Forgiving does involve forgetting. Pray in the Spirit if you want to, and then say,

“Father, now that I’ve prayed about this, I leave it here in your presence. I choose not to remember it. Holy Spirit, help me not to remember this. I leave it in your presence. It is finished. It is done. I forget it because of the blood; because of love, in Jesus’ Name.

Holy Spirit, help me to walk this out. Help me, Father, because I still have to deal with these people; but now I can deal in purity and love, and I don’t have to deal out of hurt, bitterness, unforgiveness, or hardness. I can walk in your wisdom, purity, and love and walk through this relationship victoriously, with your power.

I thank you, Father, for your help in this relationship. In Jesus’ Name, I will keep my heart right. Thank you, Father, that now I can walk in forgiveness. Let forgiveness flow from my life. I thank you for it.
Satan, I rebuke you and your hold on my life. You can’t bind me in this situation, in Jesus’ Name. I break the power of all rejection and every evil force released against me, in Jesus’ Name. Thank you, Father, for victory. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Finance Confession

Father, in the Name of your Son Jesus, I confess your Word over my finances this day. As I do this, I say it with my mouth and believe it in my heart and know that your word will not return to you void, but will accomplish what it says it will do. Therefore I believe, in the Name of Jesus, that every need is met according to Philippians 4:19.

I believe that because I have given tithes and offerings to further your cause, Father, gifts will be given to me, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will they pour into my bosom. For with the measure I deal out, it will be measured back to me.

Father, you have delivered me out of the authority of darkness into the Kingdom of your dear Son. Father, I have taken my place as your child. I thank you that you have assumed your place as my Father and have made your home with me. You are taking care of me and even now you are enabling me to walk in love and in wisdom, and to walk in the fullness of fellowship with your Son Jesus.

Satan, I bind you from my finances, according to Matthew 18:18, and loose you from your assignment against me, in the Name of Jesus.

Father, I thank you that your ministering spirits (angels) are free to minister for me and bring in the necessary finances. Father, I confess you are a very present help in trouble, and you are more than enough. I confess, God, that you are able to make all grace - every favor and earthly blessing - come to me in abundance, so that I am always, and in all circumstances, furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation.

The Grace Advantage

But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our
Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen (2 Peter 3:18).

The grace-advantage is the power of promotion.
It brings acceptability, honor and dignity into your life such that
others see the beauty and excellence of God in you.

The grace of God has been made available to everyone of us in abundance (Ephesians 4:7);

it's the lifting power of God that attracts the right people, materials
and resources you need to function in God's destiny for your life.
As one who's graced of God, there's a divine about you that attracts
good to you. Even in challenging situations, that grace gives you the
advantage and causes you to rise above every adversity.

Never struggle to be accepted at work, in school, at home or anywhere;
you have the grace-advantage. All you need is to recognize and be strong
in the grace of God:

"Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus."
(2 Timothy 2:1).

To be strong in the grace of God is to be conscious of,
and take advantage of it! You're the seed of Abraham;
therefore the grace for prosperity is working in you twenty-four hours a day!

That grace puts you ahead and positions you for success like it did for Isaac,
who sowed in a time of famine and reaped a hundredfold harvest in the same
year (Genesis 26:12-13).

Even as the world battles a downturn, with major economies failing,
you still have the advantage because you're a child of grace.

That why the Bible says "When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up..." (Job 22:29).

That's because you have the grace-advantage;
a lifting power that causes your life to move from glory to glory.

CONFESSION

Dear Father, thank you for giving me the grace-advantage.
Excellence, glory, virtue and success exude from me today
because of your grace that's at work in me.
Everywhere I go today, I'm accepted and highly favoured,
for I carry your divine presence with me.
I'm growing in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Hallelujah!

Restored Wasted Years!

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm...(Joel 2:25)
It excites me to know the Lord can restore to you even that which you seem to have lost; He's the restorer of wasted yearsNo human being or government may ever be able to give back to you what you've lost, but God can! He can bring back everything and more!

What is that thing you may have thought you lost? Perhaps you thought you messed things up so bad they couldn't be rectified; or you looked at your life and thought you've wasted so much time without making progress. I bring you good news today: it's not over yet! God is willing and able to restore you to the place of your dream and destiny in Him.

What you need is to recognize that the Holy Spirit living in you is a restorer! In one sweep, He can move you a hundred paces forward, far ahead of your competitors, detractors and adversaries. Those who seemed to have gotten ahead of you would be amazed to see how things have turned around for you in a moment of time! Learn to trust the Spirit of God to lead and guide you in life.

He knows how to make something beautiful out of your life, and restore the wasted years- the wasted time, resources, money etc.

Perhaps on your job you were given an assignement and you wasted the resources assigned to you; or maybe you're a student, and you've wasted so much time at the expense of your studies; relax!

You can trust the Holy Spirit to restore all that you've lost! He can do it, and He will if only you'll call on Him! If any of these describes your situation, say, "Holy Spirit, I'm sorry I messed things up, but I ask you to come to my aid and restore to me that which I have lost! I receive that divine restoration now; in Jesus' Name."
Now, act like someone who has received the answer to that prayer, and launch out in faith, trusting the Lord who specializes in restoring wasted years.

PRAYER

Dear Lord,

I rejoice to know that you're more than able to restore

to me the things I have lost over the years, knowing that

nothing is irredeemable for you're the restorer of all things!

Therefore I'm not behind in life, as the Holy Spirit
living in me gives me the wisdom and understanding
 to put things right,

 in Jesus' Name. Amen.

What Can You See? Concerning the coming year

And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever (Genesis 13:14-15).

When the Lord told Abraham to lift up his eyes and look in the scripture above, He wasn't referring to the man's physical eyes, but to the eyes of the spirit. God told him all the land he could "see" was his; it was now up to Abraham to decide how far he wanted to see. Being a man of faith, he looked from his spirit and saw the whole world. The Bible says "For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith." (Romans 4:13). Abraham became the heir of the whole world by faith.

Now, that's not the end of the story. The Bible says "So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham" (Galatians 3:9). You're as much the heir of the world as Abraham: "And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise" (Galatians 3:29). No wonder the Bible declare that God has given you everything require for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). However, it's that which you've taken possession of by faith, that which your spirit has embraced, that you can enjoy. So it's up to you! As far as your eyes can see, that's what the Lord has given to you for an inheritance.

The question then is, "What do you see?" Concerning the coming year, for example, what do you see? Can you see yourself making progress? Can you see yourself walking in health, prosperity, joy and peace? You've got to see it, for that's the key. See yourself walking in the wonderful blessings of God in the coming year.

As you fast and pray about the coming year, see yourself making unprecedented progress in every area of your life. See God taking you from glory to glory. Perhaps you've been praying and asking God for a child, see the child with your spirit first. Whatever you've taken possession of from within, will certainly manifest in the physical.

Start practicing how to see from your spirit, for your spirit is where the light of God is. God doesn't function in the realm of the mind or senses. If your going to enjoy all the wonderful benefits of salvation God has in store for you, then you've got to see with the eyes of faith and speak forth what you see.

CONFESSION
I declare that I'm living in divine health, absolute prosperity, unending success, abundant joy and indescribable peace today. As I look into the coming year with my eyes of faith, I see myself walking in the glory of God and expressing unprecedented progress and success, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
